Account Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of the personal information Performance Hub holds about you across our apps (iOS, Android, Apple Watch, Android / Wear OS, and web) and platform.

What this does

This requests deletion of the personal information Performance Hub holds about you and is permitted to delete.

What we must retain

Some information cannot be deleted where we are required or permitted to keep it under applicable laws (for example, legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations — in some cases for up to seven years). In line with our Privacy Policy, where we are not legally required to retain information, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it. Retained data is isolated and securely stored until deletion becomes feasible.

Platform vs. facility-controlled data

Performance Hub is a platform used by businesses (our Clients — facilities and locations). If you use our apps as a Member or End User of a facility or location, some of your information is controlled by that facility, and your request may need to be approved or actioned by an administrator of the relevant facility or location. We will coordinate with, or refer your request to, the appropriate facility where required, and will let you know.

The facility or business the data or account is associated with.

To confirm only the authorised account holder can initiate deletion, a one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to both the email address and the phone number you provide. When we follow up with you, you must provide us with the OTP(s) before your deletion request can be processed.

In some circumstances we may also ask you to provide additional identification — such as a driver's licence or other identification document and a recent utility bill — depending on the data we hold on file and our relevant legal obligations.
