Your subscription includes a generous monthly Usage Credit allowance per device (or per facility, depending on your plan). These credits power all AI detections and intelligence features — tailgating detection, staff QA scoring, occupancy analytics, sentiment, heatmaps, and more. Credits reset automatically on the 1st of each month and can be shared across all cameras and devices in your facility. You'll receive clear in-app notifications as you approach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. Once your monthly credits are exhausted, the system automatically switches to Overage Mode at a low per-credit rate unless you have chosen to pause overages. You can manually purchase extra credit packs at any time from the dashboard, or enable Auto-Top-Up (recommended) so detections never stop. All overage charges appear transparently on your next invoice. Pro tip: Most facilities stay well within their included credits. High-traffic 24/7 facilities or those running advanced analytics simply enable Auto-Top-Up and treat it like a utility — usage scales with revenue protection and operational gains.
